Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all transactions carried out on the website www.treelys.com, operated by TYNEGO SAS, Treelys brand, a Simplified Stock Company with share capital registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register, SIRET 91842335100025, whose registered office is located at 66 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France.
Article 1 – Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all orders placed on the website www.treelys.com by a consumer (hereinafter "the Customer") acting in a non-professional capacity. They take effect upon validation of the order by the Customer.
TYNEGO SAS reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable version is that in force on the day of the order.
Article 2 – Products
Treelys offers products for sale for children and babies, including play mats, bathtubs, childcare equipment, educational toys, and other baby/children's universe items.
Products are presented on the website with their description, essential characteristics, and price. The photographs illustrating the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product, particularly concerning colors.
Treelys reserves the right to modify the catalog of products available for sale at any time.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order.
TYNEGO SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order validation.
Article 4 – Order
Placing an order on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The order steps are as follows:
- Selection of products and adding to cart
- Checking the contents of the cart
- Customer identification (optional account creation or guest checkout)
- Entering delivery information
- Selecting the delivery method
- Choosing the payment method and validating payment
- Order confirmation
Treelys confirms the order by email to the address provided by the Customer. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order and the formation of the sales contract.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Any other payment method offered during the order
TYNEGO SAS uses secure payment solutions compliant with PCI DSS standards. Customer banking data is not stored by TYNEGO SAS.
Article 6 – Delivery
Treelys delivers worldwide. Full delivery terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy accessible on the website. In summary:
- Standard Delivery (3 to 5 working days): free for all orders, with no minimum purchase
- Express Delivery (1 to 2 working days): paid, offered for purchases over €100
- Customs duties and import taxes for orders outside the European Union: fully covered by Treelys
Delivery times are indicative. A delivery delay will not give rise to any compensation or order cancellation, unless the delay is unreasonable.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from a withdrawal period of 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to the following address: contact@treelys.com
Return shipping costs are fully covered by Treelys. The Customer will be reimbursed, or may opt for an exchange or a credit note, within 10 working days from receipt of the returned product.
Article 8 – Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and by derogation from the right of withdrawal, products with one or more of the following characteristics cannot be returned or refunded, without this list being exhaustive:
- Hygiene products or products in direct contact with the baby's skin or mucous membranes, once unsealed after delivery
- Personalized or custom-made products according to the Customer's specifications
- Products likely to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed
- Products unsealed after delivery whose return is impossible for reasons of hygiene or health protection
- Digital products or software whose download has been initiated with the consumer's consent
- Textile or bedding items (sheets, sleeping bags, swaddles) that have been used or washed
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
All products sold on the website benefit from the following legal guarantees, automatically applicable:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery of the product
- Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code)
Products for children and babies comply with applicable European safety standards, particularly directives and regulations relating to the safety of toys and childcare products.
Article 10 – Liability
TYNEGO SAS cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold on the website, within the limits authorized by law. The liability of TYNEGO SAS is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with Treelys' Privacy Policy, available on the website.
Article 12 – Mediation
In accordance with Articles L611-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer may use the free mediation service offered by the FEVAD (Federation of e-commerce and distance selling) in the event of a dispute not resolved amicably.

Article 13 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by law applicable to the consumer.
