Baby's bath, finally without compromise

No more bending over the bathtub. No more searching for a thermometer you can never find. No more bathtubs taking up half the hallway.

Introducing the freestanding baby bath that combines everything parents have been looking for: a large tub (85 cm - your baby can use it from birth up to 3 years old), a stable and foldable stand certified EN 17072:2018 by Intertek, a waterproof digital thermometer certified IPX7, a 120 cm drainage hose for emptying without bending over - and all of it stores away in seconds in a cupboard.

  •
The exact temperature (because a baby's skin doesn't tolerate approximation): The digital thermometer displays the temperature to within 0.1°C. Certified IPX7 (waterproof tested at 1 meter deep), it won't fail when it comes into contact with water. You'll know precisely if the water is at 37°C, not just "lukewarm."
  •
A certified stand that stays put: The stand is EN 17072 certified (load tested at 70 kg). In concrete terms: the feet don't slip, the structure doesn't wobble, and you don't need to hold it with one hand while you wash baby with the other. You stay upright. Both your hands are free. Bath time becomes the peaceful moment it should be.
  •
It empties and folds in 10 seconds. It stores in a cupboard. It goes on a weekend trip in a bag. The Treelys folds flat without tools, without effort, without instructions. Once folded, it takes up no more space than a cutting board. And when it's time to empty the water, there's no need to lift the bathtub: the 120 cm hose reaches directly to the shower or sink drain. You won't hurt your back. The bathtub empties, you stay standing.

Foldable Baby Bathtub with Stand, Thermometer, and Drain Hose

Features

Every detail counts. Especially for Baby.

Because bathing your baby should be a memory, not a chore.

Baby's bath time should be a gentle moment. For them, for you. However, the reality of the first few weeks often tells a different story: back pain from bending over the sink or the bathroom floor, anxiety about getting the temperature wrong, the baby bath precariously balanced on the main bathroom tub, or simply that bulky item you don't know where to put between baths.

Feedback from hundreds of parents points to the same frustrations: an unreliable thermometer, a wobbly stand, a tub that's too short as soon as baby grows a little, and the impossibility of emptying it properly without lifting the whole thing.

The Treelys is designed precisely to solve these four problems—not just one, not two: all four. Not through marketing promises, but through technical choices documented and tested by independent laboratories.

A bath designed to grow with your child from 0 to 36 months

From birth to 3 years old, your baby will triple in size. A bathtub that accompanies them throughout this period must be sized accordingly.

The Treelys tub measures 85 cm internally – enough to allow your child to lie down comfortably at any age, without ever feeling cramped. Because your baby's comfort in the water is also what makes bath time pleasant for them, and therefore for you.

One purchase. Three years of peaceful use.

Baby's safety deserves proof, not promises.

When it comes to your child, trust isn't decreed — it's documented.

Certified support EN 17072:2018

IPX7 certified thermometer

Waterproof up to 1 meter, tested by an accredited laboratory. During bathing, it is in the water - this is precisely where its waterproofness must be guaranteed.

Materials tested by Eurofins

Report dated April 28, 2026, for absence of PAH contamination, in accordance with European Directive 2009/48/EC on toys and products intended for use by children. All parameters are below regulatory thresholds.

Designed for baby. Created for you, too.

Bathing your baby means doing it twice a day for three years. Those little daily comforts really add up.

  1. The height-adjustable stand adapts to your body type — whether you're tall or short, you can bathe your baby standing up, without bending over. What seems insignificant during the first bath makes a real difference after three months of daily routine.
  2. The 120 cm drainage hose allows you to empty directly into the shower drain or onto the floor, without lifting the tub, without getting wet. This detail is particularly appreciated by new mothers recovering, or anyone whose back deserves some consideration.
  3. And when bath time is over, the bathtub folds up in seconds and disappears into a closet. It goes with you on weekends, to grandma and grandpa's, on vacation. It adapts to your life — not the other way around.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really safe for a newborn? There's no risk of the stand tipping over, is there?

This is the central, and legitimate, question.

The stability of the stand directly depends on its design and certification. The European standard EN 17072:2018 ("Child care articles – bath tubs, stands and non-standalone bathing aids") is the specific reference governing this type of product: it tests the mechanical resistance of the stand, entrapment risks, protruding edges, and the strength of the structure under load.

What this means in practice: if the product is EN 17072 certified by an accredited laboratory (and not just a manufacturer's declaration), the stand has been tested and validated to hold a baby. If not, you have no documented guarantee of its solidity.

Check that the stand has non-slip pads made of TPR or rubber, and never install it on a wet or slippery floor. Start by filling the bathtub before placing the baby in it, so as not to destabilize the whole setup.

What's the right water temperature? How can I be sure not to burn my baby?

The temperature recommended by pediatricians and health authorities in France is 36 to 37 °C. Water above 38 °C risks burning the delicate skin of the infant; below 35 °C, it can cause rapid cooling, as babies still regulate their body temperature poorly. Avis Parents

The elbow or wrist method provides an approximate indication but is not reliable. A bath thermometer remains the only way to accurately check the temperature. Avis Parents

Be careful with color-changing thermometers: they indicate a range, not a precise value. A digital thermometer, ideally IPX7 certified (waterproof to immersion), is more reliable. Always stir the water before measuring to homogenize the temperature.

From what age can it be used, and until when?

Almost all supported baby bathtubs on the market display "0 to 36 months" on their packaging. Be careful with this indication: it doesn't always reflect the actual dimensions of the tub.

An 18-month-old baby measures approximately 80 cm. If the internal length of the tub is 60-65 cm (which is common), they can no longer lie down comfortably in it. Most tubs are actually suitable for lying use only until 12-18 months.

For newborns, an insert cushion or hammock is recommended to support the baby who does not yet have the necessary muscle tone. Check that the product you choose includes or is compatible with this accessory.

Is my baby safe if I put them in the bathtub and turn my back for a second?

No. This rule has no exceptions, regardless of the product.

Bathtubs are responsible for 15% of drownings in babies under 1 year old. From 2 months old, babies can turn, move, and tip over. It is imperative never to leave your child unsupervised in the bath, even with safety accessories, and even for a few seconds. 10 cm of water is enough for a toddler to drown. Drowning

Do not answer the phone or open the door. Remember to prepare all the equipment you need in advance. AP-HM

The stand is an ergonomic tool, not a safety device. It prevents you from bending over; it does not supervise your child.

Are the materials safe for my baby's skin? No chemicals?

Quality bathtubs are made from food-grade PP (polypropylene) and TPR (thermoplastic elastomer), two materials known to be safe, BPA-free, durable, and easy to disinfect.

What to look for on the product sheet: the mention BPA-free, CE compliance, and ideally RoHS certifications (absence of hazardous substances). Some products have been tested in an accredited laboratory (e.g., Eurofins) with verification of the absence of heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). If the seller can provide a test report, that is a serious guarantee.

Avoid products with no displayed certifications and no identifiable material origin.

Does it really take up little space? Is it easy to fold and store?

Current foldable bathtubs fold flat in seconds. When unfolded, they typically measure 80-85 cm in length; when folded, they are 4-6 cm thick. They fit behind a door, in a cupboard, or under a bed.

The stand, meanwhile, folds into an X-shape or accordion-style and can be stored vertically against a wall.

Check that the folding mechanism is locked when the bathtub is in the open position — this is an important safety point. Some models have an automatic stop, while others require manual verification before each use.

What height stand should I choose? Does my height matter?

Yes, and this is often underestimated. A stand fixed at 84 cm might be perfect for a 1m75 parent but uncomfortable (or dangerous due to imbalance) for a 1m58 parent.

Height-adjustable stands (usually 2 positions: ~90 and ~104 cm) are objectively more adaptable and reduce back strain, especially for daily baths in the first few months. If you and your co-parent are of different heights, this is a criterion not to be overlooked.

The ideal height: when you stand straight in front of the bathtub, your forearms are slightly bent, not extended downwards.

How do I empty the bathtub easily? Do I have to lift it?

This is the most frequently cited weakness in parent reviews. A full bathtub holds 8 to 12 liters of water, which means 8-12 kg to lift if it doesn't have a drainage system.

Good products are equipped with a drain hose (ideally ≥ 120 cm to reach the floor drain or shower without lifting the tub) or a bottom plug allowing the water to drain directly. Check the length of the hose: a 70 cm hose is often insufficient for common situations.

Is it compatible with my bathroom / shower?

Yes, in the vast majority of setups. This is precisely one of the advantages of the stand: it allows you to bathe your baby in the shower (for families without an adult bathtub), in the bathroom, or even in the kitchen.

Points to check before purchasing:

  • Available floor space (allow ~60 x 90 cm minimum for the stand's base)
  • Presence of a water supply nearby (some models have a handle to attach the shower head)
  • If you live in an apartment: stability on tiles (non-slip pads are essential)
What kind of maintenance? How can mold be prevented in the folds?

This is a real concern. The folds of a collapsible silicone or TPR bathtub can retain moisture if stored without being dried.

Good practice: after each bath, rinse the tub with clean water, unfold it and let it air dry before folding and storing it. Regular cleaning with a diluted white vinegar solution is sufficient for disinfecting without damaging the materials.

Avoid harsh household cleaners (concentrated bleach, acetone) which can weaken the TPR in the long term. If your bathtub shows persistent stains in the seams or folds after a few months, this is a sign of insufficient material quality.
