Return & Refund Policy

At Treelys, your satisfaction is our priority. We have designed a simple and transparent return policy to offer you a confident shopping experience.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return a product without having to provide a reason, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must:

• Be in its original, complete condition, with all accessories, instructions and labels
• Be in its original packaging or packaging providing equivalent protection
• Not be one of the products excluded from the right of withdrawal (see Article 4)

You may handle and try the product as you would in a store. You may only be held liable for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service at contact@treelys.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return
2. Our team will send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours
3. Carefully package the product and attach the return label provided
4. Drop off the parcel with the indicated carrier

Return costs are fully covered by Treelys. You do not have to pay any costs upfront.

4. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, products with one or more of the following characteristics cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal:

• Hygiene products or products that come into direct contact with the baby's skin or mucous membranes once unsealed after delivery (e.g., thermometers, pacifiers, bottle nipples, teething rings)
• Personalized or made-to-measure products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications
• Products whose expiration date has passed or that are likely to deteriorate rapidly
• Unsealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
• Textile or bedding items (sheets, sleep sacks, baby sleeping bags, cushions) that have been used or washed
• Digital products whose download has been initiated with the consumer's consent

5. Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected by our team, you may choose between:

• A full refund to the payment method used for the purchase
• A gift voucher of equivalent value, redeemable on the Treelys website
• An exchange for another product available on the website

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date the returned product is recovered, in accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code.

6. Defective Product or Delivery Error

If you received a defective or damaged product, or a product that does not correspond to your order, contact us immediately at contact@treelys.com. In this case:

• The return is fully covered by Treelys
• You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund
• No additional conditions apply

These provisions are in addition to the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, which apply automatically for two years.
